Issue with VRV loading video

<The other sites I've test don't seem to have this issue, but whenever I load up VRV only 10 seconds of the video loads. There is no sound and nothing plays, the progress bar just loads 10 seconds and then quits at the end.
I've disabled the cookies that were mentioned in the troubleshooting section, so I'm already logged in when I load up the video. Even when I had to re-log in every time I loaded a new video, it didn't work.
The first time I had this issue was two Wednesdays ago, March 3rd. -->

• Metastream Version: Beta 0.10.3
• Browser + Version: Chrome Version 89.0.4389.82 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• OS Version: Windows 10 (64-bit) fully updated as of 3/11/21

Steps to Reproduce:

1. On Metastream, copy and paste your desired VRV url
2. Video loading icon on the left continues to circle as if loading, but only 10s loads on the progress bar.
3. Video never plays (only a frozen image) and, after 10s, the video ends.
