Video plays but metastream is on stop [Vivo]

So it happens sometimes that an user watches the video while it's stopped for everyone in metastream.

Not sure when it happens but it also depends on the video provider. Mostly happened with Vivo.

Recently it happened to an user who just joined, but the user don't need to join recently to desync (I mean that he plays the video on his browser while it's on stop in metastream even for him) Not sure when it can also happen but it happened randomly mid stream. (maybe when someone stopped the video that it kept running for him)

Happens a bit rarely but people watched a whole episode while wondering why nobody is reacting to it.

Happened to me as well with Hulu. I noticed that it usually occurred when I switched desktops (on my Mac, if that's relevant) while the video was paused. It would start playing for me, and when I tried to go back and fix it, the video would start for the other people but my own screen would be independent from that.

I wanted to point out that it was platform independent in our situation because me as Linux user and other people with windows10 had this bug. I use Firefox and some used Brave and Firefox also I think
