nsort sorts namespaces and pages together (5.0)

Similar to https://github.com/samuelet/indexmenu/pull/111 but updated for IndexMenu 5.0 release.

I’m busy with an large update. See #254 I prefer that to make such additions to that branch. I see I did not yet publish in that branch the update of the unit tests. I will try to do that coming days. I would ask if you could extend them to cover also this nsort.

I have added the unit tests to the branch that tests the sorting. These tests needs to be extended for these changes.
