Drivers apply to multiple PIDs

The readme for this repo should be updated to reflect that the drivers actually apply to multiple devices. If you look at lines 37-39 in the .inf, you'll see that the drivers apply to 1C88:003C 1C88:003D and 1C88:0007

I have confirmed that the driver does, in fact, install on Windows 10 for a device with PID 0007.
