documentation for `--pair-logic` is missing

The docs say to see common options, but --pair-logic is missing from that section. --collapse is present, but it has different allowed options and is described as "unintuitive".

That's bad phrasing, it's the same thing, the option has been renamed in that command, so even when some allowed words can be missing in one or the other, those that are described do the same thing.
