Find unique SNP in a sample from a multisample VCF file

Hi,

I have SNPs called for 20 samples in a single multi-sample VCF file. I like to extract the unique SNPs in Sample1 compared to all the other samples in the same multi-sample VCF file. How can I do it using bcftools isec command.
