Too many alleles (>32) at chr1:24859772, skipping. (todo?)

what does that mean? this site chr1:24859772 has too many variation?

It would be nice to give more context, specifically which command produced this error message. I am guessing it's bcftools call?

Your guess is correct, there are too many alternate alleles at that position and the program is not prepared for that. Usually this would occur in difficult to map regions and is not of practical concern.
