@excid3 Looks like it would be a good idea, but it also looks like it has it's own Vue integration. Maybe this gem should just be the bit that takes...

You are welcome to do that, the bit that this gem gives you that would still be useful is the capturing of your view and sending it to the vue_renderer,...

@excid3 FYI I finally got round to at least looking at this, first commit is here—https://github.com/samtgarson/vueport/pull/12. I plan to finish this off in the coming couple of weeks.

@scottcorgan it's not there yet, but you can use this gem with webpacker as is if you're willing to do some work —don't run the generator and init your app...

Would it be possible to merge these typescript types as an intermediary solution for folks using the library now? I'm currently having to copy these files into my project manually...

I've hit this issue a number of times. Wanting to filter a table by an association but then show all associations of that model seem to be two separate concerns....
