Improve design of webhook page

Given a set of new changes on the webhooks we had the need to develop without having a proper design from @broham89.

This is currently the webhook page:

I think there is room for improvement here.

@dcalvom does the postscript only execute if there is a web hook or can we have a postscript without a webhook?

Currently it just executes if we have a webhook

In the action row I did create a webhook example located in the middle section of the sketch file
