Training might get Articulate to an invalid state

Maybe related to #1061 After hitting train for a relatively big agent in a cloud version, the button got disabled and after a while it said train needed but signaled that another agent was training:

image I think this might be different to #1061 because there wasn't any edit to the agent while training, so maybe a not handled error from RASA?
