You've been using it for awhile, I think you are more qualified to outline the drawbacks for your use case than we are.

I believe the largest drawbacks of Articulate currently are:

• Insufficient Documentation
• Over-reliance on Handlebars which can become complex quickly
• A few tricky to understand concepts around training data
