Addition of the clipboard plugin

Hi,

Can you add the clipboard plugin to your project, I haven't tried it with LaunchyQt but it defintly works on Launchy 2.5, it's an awesome plugin that consists of these features:

1. see clipboard history (text only) and return text from history list to the clipboard.
2. possibility to save predefined text with titles (it will be saved in "AppData\Roaming\Launchy\launchy.ini" under [clipboard])

Usage:

• "clipboard " to see clipboard history items and predefined titles
• "clipboard " to see items which contains word "filter"
• "clipboard " to copy selected item to the clipboard

I wasn't able to find the source code nor the author, but most probably it's this guy: https://sourceforge.net/p/launchy/discussion/766269/thread/40234328/

In case you rewrite the plugin, please make the word "clipboard" editable (so it can be changed to whatever the user wants)

another great addition to this plugin would be to have several instances of this plugin assigned to different lists: For example, typing "Num " into Launchy makes the plugin search only in certain list (that of contacts & phone numbers) again, if you type into Launchy "Accounts " the plugin would search another list that consists of accounts only for example.

This is useful for two reasons:

1. Avoid having wrong clipboard suggestions from different lists/categories
2. Avoid overloading the plugin in case the list is really huge
