Describe the bug Runner Plugin - New entry does not show "Yellow/Orange running man icon"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open Options and Add a Runner entry.
2. Let the indexer spin till finished.
3. Type the Runner Name

Expected behavior Previous Runner entries had their own distinct Yellow/Orange circle with a man running, new entries have the original executable entry.
