dscript extract-3di only extracts one sequence per input file

I tried to run dscript extract-3di on .pdb files that include three polypeptide chains, but the fasta output only includes one sequence per file. When comparing the length of the 3di fasta sequences with the aminoacidic sequences retrieved from PDB, it appears that the sequence kept in the output file is the last one.
