vehicleId filtering

All the endpoints should be able to be filtered by vehicleId.

/fleet/locations /fleet/list /fleet/maintenance/list /fleet/maintenance/dvirs

Just some examples.

Thanks for this issue report. We are working on an update to our APIs that will allow for vehicleId filtering.
