• multi html tag update
• move lang to body tag
• check GoogleAnalytics option (may need updating)
• js update -- plugins.js is less complex
• stylesheet update

The above are updated but its time again to update namely better 404 https://github.com/paulirish/html5-boilerplate/pull/352

will look at the idea suggested by baritoneuk not right for Boilerplate looking at existing plugins for 404's too
