Add support for blocking

As a user, I would like to be able to mark things as blocking me from the Alfred-workflow so that I don't have to go to the website to do this.

When I'm on an item, I would like to be able to mark it as blocking me in some way, then get a list of my assigned tasks so I can pick which one it is blocking.
