Start playing the video after downloading part of the video - not after downloading the whole video

I am trying to play a video that is more than 2GB

STACK: "vue": "^3.2.21", "@ionic/vue": "^6.0.0", "plyr": "^3.7.2",

"PROBLEM": the video will start only after the entire video is downloaded, which takes a very long time since the video is 2 GB and more ..this problem is only for IOS... android does not have this problem

EXPECTED SOLUTION: The video will start playing after a few seconds when part of the video has already been downloaded... something like "buffer": true
