DASH and HLS playback at 1 FPS after reloading page during buffering.

Expected behaviour

Playback should be at a normal speed after the page is reloaded

Actual behaviour

Playback is occurring at 1 FPS while audio is drawn out to the same rate

Steps to reproduce

Plyr is integrated with Shaka Seek to a location outside the buffered range and reload the page during the buffering (Load is quick, recommend using hotkey to refresh immediately on seek)

• Version: Version 85.0.4183.121 (Official Build) (64-bit)
• Operating System: Mac OS Catalina
• Version: 10.15.6

@Eric-Airtime I can vouch for that, I'm using it with shaka as well except on windows. Let me know if you figured it out please thank you.

The workaround is that if you're able to detect this programmatically, reduce/increase play speed and then bring it back to normal. Somehow when you refresh while buffering the play speed setting probably gets messed up.

I too am facing the same. Is there any official fix for this other than the workaround mentioned?
