Add another trigger to switch both input and output to some device

Would be useful for users that have a USB headset with both an input and output. Plug in the headset, alfred -> audio steel[tab] -> enter.

Also useful for when the computer gets plugged into a docking station of any kind - use the docking station I/O as soon as it's plugged in.
