Tor2Web seems dead, is there a way to shell over tor without tor2web and tor on a victim? And what if TOR or tor2web is blocked by the victim's ISP/Firewall? What should I do?

What I meant by Integrity to Windows operating system was to embed the tor binary into the malicious exe and create a malware of about 7-8mb and include the user directly into the tor network without the need for the tor2web proxy service in the meantime.this is what should be done without tor2proxy. i will make these commits at a convenient time.
