Swift 3 Update

Hi Sam,

First of all, I want to thank you for this great Playground! I learned new things (though I haven't finished reading it yet).

I found out that this repo still uses Swift 2, so I made an update on my fork's swift-3-update branch. I've done the update for "compilable" code in the Playground, but not on the text (and filenames) yet.

My question is - may I create pull requests to your repo? It'd be even better if you could take a look on my fork, too (though its not completed yet) :)

Since I made this repo for a video series, I've not updated it (since I haven't updated the videos). I have, however reused the same content for a couple of conference talks (above), which I presented in Swift 3.

Hopefully that'll be helpful for you as well? More than happy to accept a PR for Swift 3 to this repo though :)
