are there any follow-ups on this front? If not, do you have any suggestions on how to create plots for three-way interactions, similar to the ones produced by interplot? I am particularly interested in a three-way interaction set up as contXdummyXdummy from a glmer model.

Sadly, I have to say no to both your questions—the approach I'd recommend would basically involve writing the code needed to get interplot to do it. I'm eager to get to this, but we both have our hands full this summer. It's possible we'll get to it this fall . . . . Sorry; this is a terrible answer! :(
