'pkg-config' is required to install this package.

^I get this error while installing the package. The same error appears for secp256k1 module. I tried pip install pkgconfig and also followed the instructions here https://stackoverflow.com/questions/1710922/how-to-install-pkg-config-in-windows but I am still geting the same error. Could anyone help ??
