Modify style of cell

Is there a way to change the style/format of Cells? e.g. background/text color

Not currently within the Node, I've had a brief look at what Google exposes in the API in terms of formatting and its pretty limited, I think you'd be better off looking at the conditional formatting rules within google sheets itself. Can you share a bit more about your use case?

Hi, thank you for the response, the use case is lazyness, I have a scale that sends data to a spreadsheet and I have another device that I want to press to color this specific cell. I'm currently writing some asterics to the next cell and with formating I change the color of the cell. I just wanted to know if I could color the cell directly
