openSUSE install fails

@samlown I'm trying to use this on openSUSE leap 15.0 but it fails to install.

it returns:

make[1]: cc: Command not found
make[1]: *** [<builtin>: rastertotpcl] Error 127

if i use Yast to print a test page i get this:

printer TEC_B-SV4D is idle.  enabled since Tue Jul 10 19:16:22 2018
	File "/usr/lib/cups/filter/rastertotpcl" not available: No such file or directory

I've already installed libcupsimage2

Is there another way?

You don't have a C compiler installed. I've never used openSUSE, but you could probably install GCC from Yast or via zypper.
