Script not showing up when registering invocable command after creating it outside of Obsidian

I create the scripts in VS Code and save them into my vault, and then immediately try to register it as an invocable script, it doesn't show up. It shows up after I reload the vault, but that takes a moment as I have lots of plugins and CSS.
