Raspberry Pi ARM 64-bit support

Goal is to get a build working on a Raspberry Pi 3 or later.

This should help ease portability issues when writing a Mac M1 or x64 version.

This may mostly be there with macOS native silicon support. Cross-compilation for Linux/ARM is necessary to avoid having to build locally on Raspberry Pi device.
