I uploaded a tobcalc.csv correctly setup on ibkr and then I had a lot of transactions to merge and after clicking merge or next this showed and it didnt fill the page

I am getting the same issue, after uploading correctly I get a merge request. It then fails after merging or just ignoring

This could potentially be related to this ECB endpoint change (29371a61c6bbc0f6abd270c2a8e316856f8307bc) which has recently been fixed. Could you guys please check again?
