Describe the Issue

When I try to use the cv2.cvCreateImageHeader, an attributeerror occurs. This attribute is that the 'module' object has no attribute 'cvCreateImageHeader'

Hardware/Software Info

The verson of my opencv is 3.3. Please provide the following information about your Raspberry Pi setup:
