Bazel Build Fails

Describe the Issue

This build keeps on failing and I do not know why. I followed all of the steps and have tried building many times

  • Raspberry Pi model: 3B
  • Operating System used: Arch Linux
  • Version of Python used: 3.6.2
  • SD card memory size: 16GB
  • Size of USB/other device used as swap (if building from source): 8Gb
  • TensorFlow git commit hash (if building from source): screenhelp
