Hey @merlinschumacher out of curiosity, which firmware versions are your problem LED1623G12 running? Mine [LED1624G9](https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/LED1624G9.html#ikea-led1624g9) is on firmware 2.3.093 and the mostly working [LED1924G9](https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/devices/LED1924G9.html#ikea-led1924g9) one is on 1.0.021

I also don't use adaptive lightning.

LAN is only supported if you're running Raspberry Pi Foundation's kernel. Windows will not have the driver, and most support is by not utilizing ACPI but instead device tree.
It's funny, I tried that too and got rate limited. :D End result is that even the API calls to fetch currently playing is not working.
