After running on docker only utter_default response coming

I have been trying to make a docker file for rasa-chatbot and I ran this file but for any msg/intent. I am getting below response. [ { "recipient_id": "whatsapp_8369247772", "text": "Hi, I am a stupid bot!" } ] I am not able to debug as Nothing is coming on terminal as well.
