Combination compose key

Sorry if this has been asked before, it's really hard to search for this specific issue.

I am trying to set the combination AltGr + Right Win as my Compose key. The reason is to emulate the behaviour of KDE, which you can see here ("3rd level of X" means AltGr + X), so I can have the same combination on both Windows and Linux.

I tried to do this but WinCompose took only the first key I pressed in the combination.

Is there any plan to support this? Thanks!
