"CIRCLED MINUS" lists three sequences.

Two of them require the ability to type a circle with a single keypress, which won't be happening any time soon.

The other one is supposedly compose ( - ), which I should be able to type, but as soon as I get to compose ( -, I get a {.

Incidentally, a bunch of the other circled characters seem like they would be impossible to type as well:
