Please link to the newest WinCompose version (0.9.11) from wincompose.info

WinCompose version 0.9.11 is available, but the official website still offers only version 0.9.10. Users who install 0.9.10 may have to wait for an automated update check to run before they can get 0.9.11.

It would be good if you could please include a link to 0.9.11 on the website.

I thank you for all the work you've put into WinCompose, its website, and offering support to users!

http://wincompose.info/status.txt does mention the 0.9.11 release.

Maybe the "automatic updater" mentioned in RELEASE.md has failed to run? I dunno.
