Full cross-service seedbox backups

Currently just backs up select data from the APIs: https://github.com/samhh/dotfiles/commit/b9e85c77f707c8c0820ed16f35ee695bae21c824

Ideally back up every config from every service.

Could be solved much more simply with #323.

APIs never seem to expose a backup download endpoint. Stuck with how the software was written as the backups aren't going to be very plug and play anyway.
