Run FDA on between-subjects study design

Dear Sam,

I am working with some data where participants were assigned to receive Treatment A or Treatment B. I would like to run an FDA to see changes over time between the two groups, however, when I use the create_difference_data function I believe it is looking for each participant having received both treatments, is that correct? Is there a way to run this analysis if each participant only received one of the treatments to see the between-group differences in pupil size? I appreciate your input!
