FDA of interaction?

Dear Sam, Thanks a lot for this wonderful package! The vignette is also quite helpful. I was wondering whether the package would also allow to run a FDA of the interaction of two factors, for instance replicating the analysis reported in Jackson and Sirois (2009), (i.e., see Fig 6 in the paper, the functional F test of the interaction between perceptual and conceptual factors)? Good question, I have been meaning to look at this for a while. The reason it's not currently implemented is that there are too many versions of an ANOVA to make this completely user friendly, but it would be good to get some basic options up and running, I agree.
