Why can not download a pre-trained model?

Dear Sir,thank you share the code.When I get the pre-trained model at http://www.ics.uci.edu/~shallman/oef/modelCvpr.mat,the web show error as follow:

Forbidden You don't have permission to access /~shallman/oef/modelCvpr.mat on this server.

Apache/2.4.6 (CentOS) OpenSSL/1.0.2k-fips SVN/1.7.14 Server at www.ics.uci.edu Port 80

could you sent this pre-trained model to me(my email address:[email protected]) or can you show me the other wedsite where I can obtain the pre-trained model? Thank you sir! l am looking for hearing from you!
