I just removed the app completely from my iPhone and reinstalled it. That solved the problem for me!

I am having the same issue. Can put it to standby mode but cannot wake it after. It just says device PS5-xxx could not be found.

I think I found out the issue. Make sure to have these enabled so your ps5 is still connected to your network.
