Updated to Bookworm and latest bind & webmin, removed deprecated apt-key

Thanks for this Chris. I've wanted to switch to bookworm, but didn't know about all the dependencies. I'm really new to docker and dipping my toe in customization. Which is the whole point!, Am I right?
