Tell User when an email has already been used

so we designed user registration to be very secure and therefore have no way for users to know whether an email exists in our database, but the issue is that enough users are getting confused by this and the data really is not that critical to require such stringent security practices.

Therefore, I'd like an update to the design such that if an email address is already taken, just say "account with this email address already exists".
