Using Backspace with Subscript and Superscript leads to smaller and smaller fontsize
Use Superscript or Subscript and type one (or more) letters while in Subscript (or Superscript, doesn't matter which one) and remove the characters you wrote in subscript with backspace until you are at the point before you started the first subscript letter. Now when you type on, you still have the fontsize of the subscript, but you are in "normal" mode again (meaning no up or down offset of the letters). If you repeat that process, the letters get smaller and smaller.
Repro steps:
- Type: A
- Klick: Superscript Icon
- Type: B
- Type: Backspace (The Superscript Icon gets deselected)
- Type: C
Now C is typed without the offset but is half the size it should be when you type normally (meaning not in superscript mode).
This issue dates back to at least Versions from 2016 and is also present in 3.0.0.
Thanks for reporting!
I've added this to the 3.2.0 milestone as the next release (3.1.0) is currently being tested so ideally don't want to add anything else to that now.
