Links does not work

When I try to insert link it appear a window to put it but if I click on it does not do nothing so I can not insert links

What link do you try to insert? Maybe it's format is invalid, so it doesn't pass the validation filters...

When I insert a link, (eg: https://www.microsoft.com), and try to access the link again after saving. I get an error page saying that the website refused to connect.
