Describe the bug Scaling on a high resolution monitor makes the app look tiny

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. launch on windows w/ high res monitor
2. See screenshot

Expected behavior app is visible and can be used without using the zoom accessibility feature

have tried a temporary workaround but that has some drawbacks as well (notice the bottom of the app).
