[feature-request] Upload images from clipboard

It would be a nice convenience, if you could copy images from your clipboard over to the map.

Envisioned Workflow:

• User does CTRL+V while engaged with Ogres.
• If Token/Scene/Prop is open in the sidebar, do a popup (Do you want to upload this image? Y/N) and upload if clicked Y.
• Otherwise, a small alert could show from the top/bottom of the screen (Something like "Current dialogue does not support image upload")

Definitely a nice to have feature as you can simply save images to your PC and then upload
