[bug] Note descriptions are only visible to DMs

When I create a note as a DM:

Players can only see the label

It might be nice to split the description into "Description" and "Secrets", of which the latter would only be hidden

e.g. in this case i could list out prices which i might want hidden

I agonized for a while with what I wanted for notes here, and adding a "secret" area might just be the solution. I intend to revisit notes soon with a few more features like being able to attach an image to it. Thanks for the feedback!
