[feature request] pin a note label so it doesn't collapse

When I start a game, I often get players to go in a certain area like this:

However, the current app always collapses this so only the icon is shown.

It would be useful if we could add a "pin" icon so that the label would stay up

There are some other uses for this too - calling out place names on a world map, etc.

On reflection, maybe a free floating text element tool might do what I wish to do here. Especially if the notes items are meant to scale like suggested in #211

I think Roll20 has something like this
