Create annotations to help describe elements of the scene

This is a new feature that allows dungeon masters to create, modify, and remove annotations from the scene. Its a general purpose tool that helps locate and describe elements of the scene, such as traps, doors, rooms, puzzles, or other points of interest.

Annotations...

• Have an icon associated with it.
• Can be placed anywhere on the scene.
• May contain a title.
• May contain a description.
• May contain an image.
• May be visible to players.
• May reference at most one other annotation.
